Water Recycling
Using water only once and then losing it down the drain is 19th and 20th Century thinking that we can no longer afford. Water recycling solutions that we consider and include in our projects: - Recycling of purified wastewater for industrial and domestic uses
- Reuse of treated wastewater for tree farming and agriculture
- Treatment and recycling of the greywater component of wastewater
Again, we are very mindful of the big picture when designing a water recycling system – we ensure that we consider all the other elements: - Impacts on human health
- Impacts on the ecology and groundwater
- Energy requirements and greenhouse impacts
- Cost-effectiveness (short term and long term)
