After achieving energy efficiencies, the next step in achieving a net reduction of energy and greenhouse emissions is the adoption of renewable energy technologies such as solar power.

Green Door Environmental has significant experience in the project management of solar power systems (photovoltaic panels). We will help you, our client, to ‘Go Solar’ in a cost-effective manner.

Several rebates are also available for solar power installations in the case of not-for-profit organisations as well as residential projects. The new feed-in tariff scheme announced by the Queensland government starting in July 2008 also means that the producer of renewable energy will receive 3 times more per unit of electricity generated, compared to the normal consumption charge! This means a much quicker return on investment.
